Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services provided by Boost adSales LTD, a UK-registered digital development studio specializing in custom frontend solutions, interactive modules, and Webflow/JS integrations.

We value transparency and customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our work, it's important that clients understand the following terms regarding refunds.

1. Nature of Digital Services

All our deliverables — including but not limited to interactive components, forms with logic, UI modules, and code snippets — are custom-built digital products. Once work has commenced or digital assets have been shared, they cannot be returned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for any completed or partially completed services.

2. All Sales Are Final

By purchasing any service or entering into a project agreement with us, you acknowledge that:

You are purchasing a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product or service

Once development begins, the time and intellectual effort involved are non-recoverable

Therefore, all payments are non-refundable

This applies to one-off projects, retainers, and milestone-based work.

3. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project before work has begun (i.e., prior to any design, code, or consultation activity), you may request a partial refund. In such cases, administrative fees and hours spent on scoping, planning, or communication will be deducted from the total amount.

Once we’ve started working or delivered any part of the scope, the project is considered billable and not eligible for refund.

4. Service Dissatisfaction or Dispute

We are committed to quality and client satisfaction. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the delivered work:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

We will review your feedback and, where reasonable, offer minor revisions or corrections

However, a refund will not be issued unless a formal agreement to that effect is made in writing

5. Retainers, Subscriptions, and Prepaid Packages

For recurring services (e.g., monthly support or retainers), cancellation must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We reserve the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in rare or exceptional situations (e.g., clear breach of agreement on our part).
